There are 6 Type A apartments with balcony-terrace and a direct sea view

  • Situated on the first floor, no lift.
  • Surface area is 44 square metres.
  • For a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children.
  • 1 bedroom area for 2 people and a living-room/dining area with a sofa-bed for 1-2 children . 4 have single beds (90x200cm) and 2 have double beds (150x200cm.)
  • Fully equipped independent kitchen, with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave-oven, electric coffee-machine, toaster, ironing board and iron. There is no oven or washing machine.
  • Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a hairdryer
  • Wi-Fi and satellite TV
  • Towels and sheets are included. The towels are changed daily (in the winter 3 times per week) and the sheets are changed once a week.
  • A communal washing machine is available, once a week free of charge (every additional use will cost €10).
